FC Halifax Town is investing in its women's team to reach the Super League 2 within the next three years. The club will improve facilities, increase training sessions, and provide meals and accommodation for players. Led by manager Rob Mitchell, the team will switch to daytime training and offer four sessions a week, as well as three days in the gym. They will also conduct analysis sessions and produce scouting reports to attract players from England's second and third tiers. Club director Brad Mitchell said the approach will help create a fitter, stronger, and more professional environment that gives the team the best possible chance of success. The club is also focused on growing the reputation of Halifax Women within the game and securing a permanent home within the next two years.
